False advertising, predatory monetization, no customer service

I ordered something for £2.99 using my PayPal account. I noticed a payment for this company for $299.99 (£235.04) being taken from my account. I have no idea what this was for and can’t seem to get anywhere with PayPal and no replies from this company. Please give me my money back !!!

Their games are so boring and mostly pay to win. The Customer Support are also not helpful and most of the time favors high vip only. If you report a player for inappropriate behavior, they will sanction based on VIP level and not the actual content.

Their automated review system is trash, muted for three days when I havent even been active and customer service is useless.

I wanted to take EVOs L4 Armoury and then Ninjuha came and stopped me. One of his little minions then talked back at me in WC. I put him in his place but everyone just laughed at me. It’s not fair. What are DEVs going to do about this?

My account was permanently banned after a legitimate refund approved by Apple for unauthorized purchases made by my 6-year-old child. I have spent over $3,000 on this game, and the refund was only for $500 made by mistake. The developer decided to ban my account instead of removing the refunded items, which is abusive and unfair. I have contacted support multiple times with no solution. Please restore my account or refund my full investment.
