This company is very shady, theres no one to call for information on your device and they don’t communicate well through emails either i sent my phone in a week and a half ago and still haven’t received any pay even after signing my apple account and google acct off of the device i needed the money for medical emergency and now its too late and im scared i wont get the money in time for my appointment

I purchased a Samsung S24 from this seller, which was advertised as unlocked. After a year of use, I discovered I could not update the software. Samsung confirmed the phone is actually locked to Charter, meaning it was misrepresented at the time of sale. When I reached out, the seller refused to resolve the issue, citing that it was past Amazon’s 1-year return policy. While I understand the time frame, the problem only became clear once updates failed and Samsung investigated. This is not a matter of warranty — it is a matter of the product being sold under false claims. Amazon support has acknowledged the situation but cannot intervene due to the time elapsed. The seller has since stopped responding to my messages. I want to warn future buyers: verify the phone you receive is truly unlocked, as this seller has a history of similar complaints. edit: They are definitely the right company, I have screenshots to prove it.

Bait and switch scam. I took a video and photo of my phone before sending to prove condition in case this happens. They are saying it has screen burn when it don't and some paint issues which is normal wear and tear. So they knocked $130 off. Scam. Don't trust them

We never keep a customer’s device unless they agree to the revised offer. Offered online $520 Then received $380, they stated there was a scratch and phone wasn’t unlocked, which was my mistake as phone was just paid off but they sent email and got unlock approval, but stated as well I was sent pictures of the phone scratch (did not receive) declined offer then came back and offered $442. I accepted as it was still more than what Apple offered but I wouldn’t use again.
