Cellesim is a travel eSIM service for people who want data the moment they land, without hunting for a shop or paying roaming rates. We cover more than 200 countries and regions, with local, regional and global plans. You buy online or in our app, receive the eSIM within a minute, and install it by scanning a QR code. Your physical SIM stays in the phone, so you keep your own number for calls and bank verification codes while your data runs on our line. Our plans are data only. Our iOS and Android apps let you buy, install, check how much data is left, and top up while you are abroad, without opening a browser. Running low on a trip is a two tap fix.We work in 31 languages, and support answers in the language you write in. Every destination page lists the local networks we connect to, so you can see the coverage before you buy, and our device checker tells you whether your phone supports eSIM at all.Returning customers earn loyalty credit, and referrals give both sides a discount. Selected plans include a free VPN.If something does not work, write to us. We would rather fix it or refund it than leave you offline.

Hi Tania, I am sorry about the slow reply to your email; that is on us. I have checked your eSIM: the Balkans plan is still active until 28 September with 7.6 GB remaining, so nothing has expired. The line stopped passing data on 6 September, which usually means the phone is outside the seven countries this regional plan covers, or has latched onto a network it cannot use. I have written to you directly with the details and two quick questions, and I will stay on it until you are back online. Daniel, Cellesim Support
In general a fost bine, dar au gost situatii cand internetul a gost slab sau a lipsit.Intradevar, pentru f scurt timp.

I downloaded Cellesim after researching it with ChatGPT. So far it has been great! I only use it for data but while I've been out and about, I have had no issues.

Thanks for the review, MEG, and for telling us how you found us. Being recommended by an AI assistant only works if the facts behind it hold up, which is why we keep our country coverage, pricing and setup guides public and current. Data-only is how most people use Cellesim: your number and WhatsApp stay on your normal SIM, and the eSIM just carries the data. Enjoy the rest of your travels, and our support team is there around the clock if anything ever does come up.
Install ok super

Short and sweet, thank you. One-tap install is the part we spent the most time on, because a QR code you cannot scan while standing in an airport is not much use to anyone. Glad it just worked. Safe travels.

Thank you for the review. We looked into your order: the eSIM installed and registered on the network, but the line is currently switched off on the device, so no data has passed yet. We have emailed you the three settings that resolve this. Your plan is untouched, 5 GB still full.
avoided paying at&t 12 bucks a day.data connected the second i landed and stayed fast.having a free vpn included makes it a no brainer for traveling.5stars

Twelve dollars a day adds up fast, so we are glad the maths worked out in your favour. The VPN is included on every plan rather than sold as an add-on, mostly because the wifi you end up on abroad (hotels, cafés, airports) is rarely worth trusting. Thanks for the five stars.
It works as it is meant to and their support was responsive.
