Very smooth and professional process.

Very satisfied with the prompt service from Ben and Cellaraiders, and with the availability of very specific wines. What was dissatisfying was the FedEx shipping, the order was scheduled for delivery on Thursday the 11th, waited until 7pm at my office which is where I have it delivered since there is someone there all day that can sign for the wine vs my home. The FedEx tracking info said "delivery not attempted due to inclement weather in the area" which there most certainly was not. Friday again the shipment was "out for delivery" and again Friday evening around 6pm tracking info showed "delivery not attempted due to inclement weather in the area" which again was not the case. Delivery was finally made today the 15th, mid-day which is FedEx typical time in my area. Not sure what all that was about but don't have alot of confidence in FedEx any longer.
