Had a great experience getting all the wine I needed

I found some wine that I really liked in my preferred vintage. Ben is going to hold it for me until it gets cooler in Florida. Glad to see he was thinking about the heat! My experience so far is limited to shopping but I would have to give it a 5 star rating based on price, availability and customer service. Can't wait for the cooler weather so I can enjoy these finds.

Great wines, at great prices. I check out their site from time to time to see what's in their collection.

They advertised wine they didn't have. I ordered a bottle off of their website, paid for it, and was then contacted to say that the specific vintage was not actually in their inventory. I responded to ask if another vintage was available, and if so, what year was it, and the response was that they didn't have the wine at all. Merely listing the wrong vintage would be a 2-star rating; not having it at all is a 1-star, at best. They did refund my transaction, but that should go without saying.
