Thank you Paiboon, it was a pleasure.
It all sounds good until you send in your phone. Apparently there was a small balance on the phone, which I paid immediately then had it unlocked. All good. This was last week, been waiting on the "testing" update, heard nothing. Sent an email, now told they need a break and will get back to me in 4 days. Someone did contact me today after seeing the review to rectify the situation. They have assured me all is fine with the phone and payment will be Monday UPDATE: I did receive payment on Monday for the phone, and they very kindly absorbed/credited the 3% fee for PayPal. Thank you !

Thank you Carlee, we're glad it all worked out!
My experience with Cell4Pets was seamless and convenient. After setting up the buyback with them, I was given a USPS Priority shipping label, and shipped it out the next day. The package was received, inspected, and approved by them within less than two days of receipt, and payment was issued shortly after. This is a painless, easy buyback company with a noble cause. I highly reccomend them!

Hi Gray, we appreciate your continued support and the kind words.
Y'all!! I was so skeptical of this at first but I promise - they are legitimate! The customer service is AMAZING. They practically held my hand through the entire process. I received immediate answers to questions and updates every step of the way. I really cannot recommend Cell4Pets enough. DO NOT THROW OLD DEVICES AWAY! Recycle them using Cell4Pets. It's a win-win!!
