After six years with our machine and we…
After six years with our machine and we finally need a repair, mind you paying $80/month for a service plan (over $6,000). It has been two weeks since they looked at the machine and still no updates. The technician said it need a big repair that will take a full day. I called five times and left messages for a manager to call me with an update. I imagine they don't want to shell out the cost to repair, like an insurance company not wanting to pay the claim! Today, (after two weeks of no updates) I receive an email from a salesperson wanting to set up a call so they can sell me something. I ask for a call back, again nothing. I called again today, another message left with the service manager. We rely on this machine to print out catalogs for our school and having this machine down for two weeks now with no updates is unacceptable. The communication and service has been very disappointing.
