CC BankReviews of cc-bank.info

Zero stars. After a year of arguing that I needed to know payment information, agents insisted that we had paid off the balance in full. They were hostile and would not help. Then we got a whopper of a bill with four times the interest rate because we didn’t pay off in time. Bills and statements never come, online service never works, and they are flat-out untrustworthy. Stay away.

They processed / approved a loan via Rise Credit online portal for fraud. The identity was never confirmed and now they are out of luck and someone ripped them off. Grow the fuckz up lender and confirm the identities before you lend. State Attorney Generals in TX and UT need to crack your balls.

CC Bank funds high-interest rate predatory loans through their partner Balance Credit, for hundreds of percent interest, which takes advantage of the most vulnerable consumers.

Good local bank - reviews tainted by out of area programs

This is the sorriest place to try to work with their employees on phone are real rude no help and everything in e-mail is a lie ........

Worst bank ever. They lie about rates and apply payments however they want and never return phone calls. STAY AWAY FROM THIS BANK

I agree with Lorraine’s review. I have a solar account with them and they don’t return calls, treat additional principal payments as regular payments and charge interest. They could or would not send me information through the mail. I would never use them again and am presently looking to refinance my solar. I would never use them in the future.

They are paying i have excellent experience from them since almost 2+ months.
