Unsure how to title this ...My package was shipped on the 8th of Aug. and still hasn't arrived here on the 15th...Via UPS... tracking only reveals a shipment coupon has been made... looks like the anticipated arrival was 8/11

My dog will not take the treats even when wrapped in cheese.

While the product is good and priced well with the holiday sales, the shipping took entirely too long.

Hi MB, Sorry to hear about the shipping delays! After looking up your order, it looks like your order was placed on thanksgiving day, and mailed out black Friday morning. Unfortunately it appears based on the tracking info, that the Post Office misplaced your package, which is why shipping took so long. I hope you understand this is completely out of our control, and we are just as upset as you are that the package was delayed.
