Hi Esther! Thank you for taking the time to share your thoughts with us. We are happy to hear that you've had a nice experience with us, but sorry to hear that our 500mg oil and 1000mg topical cream did not work for you. These products are backed by our 100% satisfaction guarantee. Please refer to this page should you want a refund for your order: https://cbdrethink.com/return-policy/. We take our pricing very seriously as our goal is to make natural wellness accessible and affordable to all. Our pricing is based on the quality of our products along with the rigorous testing they go through, and the business costs to keep our products available. A few weeks ago, we announced that our pricing will remain the same even though market conditions have changed and CBD product pricing is on the rise. We believe that health shouldn't come at a price. We understand that our products may be out of your budget at this time, but rest assured that we hold frequent promotions. Our newsletter subscribers are the first to know of any promotions, plus when you sign up, you get 25% off your next order. Many of our customers struggle with severe chronic pain and inflammation. We always recommend a holistic approach when it comes to managing pain with our products. You may notice better results when you integrate a routine that includes both topical and oral options. For example, taking a dropper of our 2000, or 3000mg CBD oil in the morning and applying some of the 1000mg topical cream, or roll-on throughout the day to help manage pain and inflammation. Should you have any questions or concerns, please do not hesitate to reach out! 888-746-8223 or [email protected]. Have an amazing day. - The ReThink Team
