Excellent service. I ordered Ibérico secreto for Xmas dinner and paid overnight shipping. It didn't arrive until 5 days later due FedEx issues. I called and told them. They apologized (not their fault) and sent another shipment to me overnight immediately for NYE withoutquestion. It arrived as expected. Hoping to enjoy tonight with family.

I asked for Saturday delivery, but they processed it to be sent on the following Monday because they do not deliver on Saturday. They did this without notifying me. I have written in a comment section the date was important.
