I had a little trouble with shipping because the website does not specifically say the service it is going to use to ship the products. Because I am on vacation it is important to know if the shipping is USPS, UPS or FedEx. I had to reorder and am waiting for my refund for the original order.

I bought a SuperMario console from CaveGamers. They provided a console in great shape and quickly. I very much appreciated their replies to my queries. I'm new to gaming and they provided the help I needed. They also provided a foam case that the console was shipped in. They are a great company to work with. Thank you very much CaveGamers!

Great controller shipping was ridiculous but I blame that on good ole USPS they are the worst way to ship anything if you watch tracking a package can sit in one location for days before it moves they fail miserably

everything went smooth other than a small defect noted on the Dsi screen. It's like a small blur on the bottom screen.

Handheld was delivered well packed and mostly as described, though the screen is pretty dark even with backlight on, which I would say means it was more Very Good than Excellent condition.

I ordered a Burgundy DSIXL and a Red 3DS and two games and I was overall satisfied with my purchases, as both consoles looked almost unscathed to the eye. However, my only complaint is that the 3DS becomes dysfunctional whenever attempting to use the camera app + the cameras are inaccessible. It freezes the screen and the power button has to be held for several seconds to be turned off. Overall, I don't regret my purchase
