Catiplut gave me access to my most important KPIs at the click of a button. Furthermore, one or more action plans are assigned to each KPIs. This is a game-changer for me and my team. The product is so easy to use and accessible anywhere I am.

Functionality is very intuitive and easy to learn

As a new member of the Catipult team, I am always impressed with the complete build out and functionality this platform provides to a diverse set of users and audiences...not an easy task. I am excited to continue pressing forward and using this.

Catipult is an incredibly powerful tool that identified the KPIs I need to focus on as well as the world-class targets. It's very easy to track progress towards the KPI targets, delegate action items, capture notes associated with action items, and to report status so that I can focus on areas that are off plan. Since it's designed specifically for business operations, no workarounds are required. It's also very flexible as the KPIs, action items, tasks, and meetings are fully customizable. The system is incredibly user friendly with training videos and Chat Bot tips offered right where you are (no need to exit and come back) as well as Catipult University. It's amazing how fast this gets companies focused on the right things, transforming businesses into world class companies, and making life better for business owners, their teams, clients, stakeholders, and families.

The software is so easy to use, has great features, helps me run my meetings effectively in a short amount of time, and keeps my team focused. As a leader, the focus on KPIs is more valuable to my company than anything I ever have used and beats the heck out of spreadsheets. I know that we are focusing our attention in the right places. I don’t know any other software that we could be using that truly helps me focus on what really matters to move my company forward. And, even if there was, I wouldn’t even consider it over this one.

I was truly pleased with Catipult University and the clarity it provided. I loved the topics, the brevity, and the ease of using. It made the entire system easier to use and understand. I know I'll be a more efficient, productive leader by using Catipult going forward.
