Hi Kruse, Thank you so much for your honest and thoughtful review — we genuinely appreciate you taking the time to share your experience. We’re sorry to hear the product didn’t quite meet expectations in terms of sharpness and delivery speed. Just to clarify: we currently offer both Ready to Ship and Made-to-Order collections. Items in the Made-to-Order range are handcrafted after the order is placed, which can extend the timeline a bit. That said, we’ve recently improved our fulfillment process and now offer faster options for select items. We’re truly grateful for your support and understanding, and we hope the bag does age beautifully with use, just as you intended. Best regards 💛

Hi Steve, Thank you for sharing your experience honestly — we really appreciate your feedback. We’re delighted that you liked the handbags themselves, but we’re truly sorry that the delivery fell short of your expectations, especially when they arrived after your fiancé’s birthday. We completely understand your frustration with the delivery time and the lack of clear updates — this is something we’ve been working hard to improve. The good news is that we now have some items in stock in the US, and they can be delivered much faster, typically within 2–5 business days, which hopefully makes for a much smoother and more reliable experience in the future. We’re constantly looking for ways to make delivery faster, more transparent, and more convenient while honoring the spirit and mission of our small business. Thank you for your understanding and continued support. We hope you’ll consider shopping with us again — we’d love to make it up to you! Best regards,

Hi NOE, Thank you so much for taking the time to share your experience — we’re truly delighted to hear that our cards and message brought happiness to you and your wife, even amid the delivery delay. We’re really sorry for the wait you had to go through, and we completely understand how frustrating it can be when a Mother’s Day gift arrives later than expected. The good news is that we’ve been working hard to improve our delivery process, and now delivery is much faster and more reliable, matching what’s stated on our website. Still, we appreciate your kindness in understanding that international delivery can sometimes take a little longer, and ordering in advance is a great way to make sure your gift arrives just in time for a special moment. Thank you again for your continued support — it truly means the world to us! Best regards,
