CaterpillarReviews of caterpillar.com

Cordialement

I bought some work equipment, and It broke in the first couple of hours. This company needs to be shut down.

Purchased a pair of Caterpillar Charge Hiker Safety Boots from M I Supplies. Sales details clearly state they are water resistant. They very definately are not even close to water resistant. My feet get wet almost immediately when walking on roads when it is raining and very little padding in soles so definately not fit for hiking either. M I Supplies ignore emails and if you phone you are told to contact customer services by email. Worst of all there is no contact available for Caterpillar Footwear distributors, only other retailers who are understandably not interested but will not share contact details of suppliers. So, I will never again purchase anything that is Caterpillar branded. Conclusion - Cheaply made expensively branded rubbish.

Writing this review on my fiancé: I took him up the local tools store recently as he needed a bunch of new tools to do some work in the back garden and. He is loving the renovation process as a result. Compared to some of the other brands it wasn't the most expensive or cheapest but they seem to be doing a cracking job. He loves them and along with the ease of use that he has found. He said to leave a solid 4 stars.

I'm shopping for the second time in four years. Bought five pairs of shoes from CAT in 2021. They've all served me well and I'm only making a purchase as part of upgrading my wardrobe. Great quality of shoes. They are comfortable and designed to last.
