Second time not a charm
We used Arista last year and without hesitation I signed up again without even researching my options. Unfortunately the service this year was below par with our first experience. The coffee and tea were taken away after breakfast and no additional water was left for lunch, both were part of the contract. And, no chips with a taco bar? Sad. Food was generally tasty, no complaints there. But I was running the meeting and could not break away to ask for service items that were amiss. I realize that at the Horticultural Center we as customers are a captive audience to their caterer "preferred list". Next year I'll do some research...

Hi Jane, Thank you so much for sharing this with me. I am sorry that we didn't get the refresh of coffee and water on your order. We will try to do a better job next time of getting the order the way you'd like it. I do appreciate your feedback on the chips. It is an ala carte item now, but we will consider adding it to the package in the future.
