Dear Chad, We sincerely apologize for the delays you experienced with your order and for the lack of timely communication from our customer service team. We understand how frustrating this must have been, and we deeply regret that we did not meet your expectations. The holiday season brought a much higher demand than we anticipated, and while this isn’t an excuse, it’s clear we fell short in planning and delivering the level of service our customers deserve. Your satisfaction is extremely important to us, and we want to make things right. To address this, we’ve issued you a full refund, and we would like you to keep your order as a small token of our apology. We truly appreciate your feedback, as it highlights areas where we need to improve. Rest assured, we are taking steps to ensure this doesn’t happen again. Thank you for bringing this to our attention, and for giving us the opportunity to learn and grow. We hope to have the chance to serve you better in the future. Best regards, Catastic Team
