CatapultReviews of catapult.homes

Empowering homeowners to have the flexibility to move like renters. Buy first, move once, sell later. Avoid bridge loans and double moves and double mortgages, all with zero up front cost. As a homeowner, buying a new home while living in your current home is way more complicated than it should be. It's a broken process, and we've fixed it.We send you capital directly, empowering you to get a new mortgage as if your current one doesn't exist and helping fund much or even all of your new home's down payment. If you don't need a new mortgage, even more of our capital goes toward the new home. It's direct capital from us to you, and not a loan. We are not lenders or iBuyers. The process has no paperwork and no cost up front, and you can start shopping for a new home confidently, knowing exactly how you will make the finances work working with Catapult. Once you buy and move in, your prior home can shine on the open market, as a vacant and staged and well presented home. Choose any listing agent you would like. The more the home sells for, the more you make - our fee is just a flat one! And for many clients, that fee is zero. Reach out to learn more. We operate in the Silicon Valley, the broader Bay Area, and select markets in Southern California. We have helped clients in Los Altos, Sunnyvale, San Mateo, Hillsborough, Piedmont, Oakland, Alamo, Mill Valley, San Francisco, Santa Barbara, and more. We look forward to working with you.
