was researching window companies and must have clicked something on a website and now I get at least five calls a day from Castle all from different phone numbers and all flagged as spam. After answering the phone and telling them I am not interested, I then received four more calls today within the span of 5 minutes. Even if I wanted to replace Windows, I would never go with them because of the harassment, I'm ready to call the police

I had a gentleman named Alex and he had a helper but I dont know his name. But Alex did an amazing install and helped me with any questions I had. His helper did well helping him with what he needed. I would love Alex to install my next set of windows when I save more money.

The Rep. Gerald James of Berlin, Md was great! He guided me through the process easily and seamlessly. The installation team drove 3 1/2 hrs to get here, and the door that was installed is perfect. The crew wouldn't leave until I gave them a "Thumbs Up" of approval. Will use in the future

Overall, can't recommend them. The salesman lied to us on a couple points, the windows themselves seem like pretty standard quality, so if you can get a better prices elsewhere, you might as well do that. There were scratches and spots between the panes on almost every pane, so almost all of them had to be replaced. Meanwhile, they kept pushing me to make the final payment before the job was done, which I did not do. So there you go.
