Hi Diannah Miller, I remember helping you with your issue, violet57 -- thanks so much for the five star review! Happy we could be of service. Cheers, The Casinomeister Team
Awful help in PAB. Was never a discussion just got closed when the casino said no. No fighting for the player just a basic “I asked nicely and they said no” Almost certainly max is taking a lot of backhanders from the industry and has no intention to upset his gravy train. To make it worse, his excuse was my wife English was bad as a second language. Discrimination and borderline racism. Good news is ask gamblers did help and we are in discussion with the casino now

Hi Mikkel, Since you aren't able to provide any information about your specific PAB, it's a bit difficult to determine what your problem is. You offer no details regarding the PAB in question so I can only reply in general terms: - in cases where the complainant is asking the casino to do something for them that is above and beyond the Terms OR asking for an exemption to the Terms then yes, asking the casino nicely and having to accept “no” as an answer is a perfectly legitimate course of action. - it’s very easy to call someone racist when you provide no details and no proof. If you are referring to our clearly stated policy that “our service is only available in English” that’s not racism, that’s a simple admission that we have a small, English-speaking staff and are not in a position to offer a multi-language service. In cases where English is a second language for the player and we are unable to understand what they are trying to convey, we do ask them to get the assistance of an English speaker. Again, this is simple pragmatism on our part because of our staff limitations and should not be taken as anything more than what it is — advice on how to help us understand the player’s complaint issue and the details surrounding it. Payoffs? Nice try. We've been the leading arbitration service in this industry since 1998, we're completely transparent with our operations, which points to the fact that your accusation is absurd. I challenge any operator, player, affiliate, or ANYONE on this planet to come forth with any evidence of payoffs: twenty six years - that's our track record. So if you want to post that nonsense, put your money where your mouth is. The bottom line is that you can't. Next time, how about doing the adult thing - contacting us about why you feel we didn't deal with your complaint properly instead of posting a bunch rubbish. Racists? Payoffs? Yeah, right. LOL We’re sorry that we weren’t able to help with this particular case and are happy that AskGamblers is also trying to assist you. Sincerely, Bryan

If you’re having trouble receiving your withdrawal from an online casino, CasinoMeister should be your 1st Resource! I was continuously getting the runaround about my withdrawal for more than a month!!! I had completely given up! But, as a last ditch effort, I did a Google search and found CasinoMeister! I joined the site and filed a complaint with them. CasinoMeister responded lightning fast to my complaint and submitted my claim to the rogue casino, immediately! Within 24 to 48 hrs of them submitting my complaint to the casino, I received an Email notification from my Crypto Wallet that a payment was deposited into my account!!! Miraculously, the money just showed up!!! So, if this happens to you, you have nothing to lose by submitting a complaint with CasinoMeister! It worked for me!!! AND, it was completely FREE!!! I’m extremely happy that I found them, because I almost left $1400 behind!!! Thank you so much, CasinoMeister!!!💰

I did not receive any support and I was robbed from a casino betmaster.bet This site was of no help

Response from Casinomeister· Jul 30, 2024
Hi Imed, Sorry if you feel that you didn't get the help you were asking for at Casinomeister. The thing is, players who commit player fraud (like you) and who submit bogus complaints (like you did) take time and attention away from real complaints - not the BS you submitted with us, Ask Gamblers, and Gambling Guru. You submitted the same complaint at Gambling Guru (Readers here can refer themselves to this guy's other TP complaints.) The bottom line is that you didn't like being called out as a fraudster. Please go away. Have a nice day. Cheers! Bryan
These guys are the best in the business!! They work fast and have great relationships with many of the casino reps. Max who runs it is extremely polite and responds quickly to messages. They also take on casinos that other sites don’t , such as posh. I want to thank you guys for all you do. CASINOMEISTER IS THE BEST

Hiya Jerry!! Thanks for the kudos! We have one of the most dedicated and hardest working team behind the PABs. Max and Gourd, and occasionally me LOL, but mostly them. :) Glad it worked out for you. Cheers! Bryan
Casinomeister has helped me get paid from a casino that is known to slow pay or never pay.I was waiting for 3 months for this payment and after filing a complaint with Casinomeister I was paid within 2 weeks. This is the third time they have helped me and once I contact them they get to work and I finally get paid. Thank you
