Platform is easy to navigate and I love the wide variety of options. I was having trouble on my phones saved version verses the web browser to process my redemption and before I could message support they messaged me to help, which I appreciated because it saved me a step!

The Quick Hits and Fire Link slots won me over. Love these and no one else provides them. However since my first purchase Ive had nothing but trouble.
