Scummy website or what ever you want to call them. They said I was eligible for their welcome offer after being on live chat with them then as soon as I won money they removed it from my balance and then told me I wasn’t eligible.

Don't honour welcome offer. Welcome offer says stake £20 for 50 free spins. Staked over a £100 no spins received. Opted in and read all terms before to make sure i did everything correctly. Contacted customer support several times, just mugged me off. avoid

Deposited and took part in the welcome offer. At the end of my welcome offer free spins, the winnings never added to my balance. I contacted suplort with the relevant screenshots and was told this would be passed onto the technical team as a priority. This is day 3 of waiting on said "priority" resolution. Iv played on competitor sites and issues like this are resolved within hours.

Breached personal details of customers, They didn't have enough security in place to stop people's personal information being hacked they then shut down the sight and give you limited information about the problem and refuse to compensate customers affected. Don't let them get away with this file a complaint and find a solicitor. Express solutions are dealing with my claim, I will keep peeps informed.
