Hi Berndog, thank you for your feedback. We are glad you enjoy our website and games, especially our own titles.
****Update I received my redemption around one month after requesting it. I'm not sure if the delay was legitimate or not because I only got it after I gave a deadline for further action. However, I have been paid so I must update my review. That being said, I would avoid playing here as there are many SC casinos with better deals that payout in under 48hrs without fail. Scammers, no payout. Lied and stated that my redemption was processed and it would take 5-10 days. Day 15 and nothing. Same response over and over on email. I was extremely polite with them but I was not treated in kind. I will wait a few more days before filing with FTC and charging back everything I have spent here.

Hi Nicholas, we apologize for the delay and appreciate your patience. We are glad the payment was completed and will work to improve our process.
I DO NOT RECOMMEND this casino. It has been well over a month since I requested a redemption. Not even a big one. Finally it was approved almost a month later then now they asked for screenshots of my bank because they think I got my payment and just not telling them. I feel a type of way with that cause It is like them calling me a thief. This is the worst casino I have interacted with. I have requested redemptions before they have taken a week or so but not this long. I would give them zero stars if I could. To your response. No they are not resolving the issue. I have still not gotten my redemption. In 11 days it will be a full 2 months

Iv made a redemption and this and it went through from my dailies! Iv just used my card because I thought why not, the casino gave me money. Then I won more. Now waiting on my card verification so I can redeem over 500 dollars! Will keep you updated but so far looking good.

Hi Pat, Thanks for the awesome feedback! We're glad you’re enjoying the bonuses, variety of games, and redemption options. Keep having fun!
I love the promotional discount packages they offer on the coins. My favorite game is the Great pigsby. Just beware that not all games count as playthrough for coin redemption, so make sure you check the playthrough requirements. Other than that one quirk, great site. Honestly though I think they should make that aspect a lot more transparent and obvious for new users.

Well, half the games didn’t even work. I contacted customer service and I did everything they asked me too still didn’t work and I asked for a coupon never gave me one even though they said they would. So yeah, it was very unpleasant experience. I will never wanna do it again.

I am a little confused on the bad reviews, I have played here since march. The one time I had problems support helped me with a refund. Sure, their cash outs might be longer but I received my last cash out in 7 days which is fine. I've always been paid. I like casino click. I think they do need to make sure everyone understands what games can and can't be played for cash outs to avoid confusion.
