Thank you for sharing your experience. We completely understand why this situation feels frustrating especially after completing the offer, waiting through the pending period and then being asked for additional verification. In this particular case, the offer you completed has recently been flagged as high risk due to multiple chargebacks we’ve received from other members who completed the same offer. Because of that, we have had to introduce additional safeguards for members completing this offer including requesting completion proof, ID verification where necessary and extending the lock period when appropriate. We understand that waiting a month can feel like more than enough time. Unfortunately, a completed pending period does not guarantee that an offer cannot later be charged back. We have seen advertisers review transactions again after several weeks and subsequently reverse rewards when they identify activity they consider suspicious or ineligible. This is one of the reasons platforms in this industry use holding periods and additional verification measures. These measures are not specific to your account or intended to suggest that you did anything wrong. We apply the same additional checks to other members who complete offers that have been identified as higher risk. We also understand that this is not the experience anyone wants after successfully completing an offer. Our goal is to protect legitimate members while also reducing the impact of chargebacks on the rewards we pay out. We appreciate your patience and your feedback. We’ll review your case and get back to you with an update as soon as possible.

We understand that waiting for a withdrawal can be frustrating especially when you’re expecting your earnings quickly. Our standard processing time is within 24 hours. Gold members have access to instant withdrawals up to $10 per day with a $50 weekly limit. Once the instant limit is reached, additional withdrawals are processed within 24 hours. We are continuously working to make the process faster and smoother. We appreciate your feedback and hope we can improve your experience with CashInStyle.

Thank you for giving CashInStyle a try and for taking the time to share detailed feedback. We genuinely appreciate it and we understand the frustration around waiting for funds to unlock or dealing with an offer that doesn’t track. To clarify, Gold members do have access to instant withdrawals with a $10 daily limit and $50 weekly limit. Once the instant limits are reached, withdrawals are processed through our standard process generally within 24 hours. Instant withdrawal can also be temporarily disabled when an account triggers certain security or offer-compliance flags. Common examples include repeated attempts to complete the same offer, multiple accounts, or other activity requiring review. We were able to locate an account matching the name on this review and instant withdrawal is currently disabled there because the system detected repeated offers. The account history also shows chargebacks associated with those repeated completions. Regarding offers, inventory naturally changes based on region, advertiser demand, availability and offer caps. Some offers may remain available longer than others while new opportunities are continuously added. For tracking issues, we understand how frustrating they can be. CashInStyle pays some of the highest rates in the industry which leaves very limited margin for us to absorb advertiser chargebacks or independently compensate for conversions that a partner has not validated. Tracking and credit decisions are ultimately controlled by the offer provider, but our team continue pushing our partners to improve tracking and support. We also have many of the major offerwalls available and we recently launched CashInStyle which includes additional partners we work with directly to expand opportunities. We completely understand that members always want more offers and we’re continuing to work on expanding inventory. We are committed to improving CashInStyle across withdrawals, support, offer availability, tracking and our partnerships. Thank you again for the feedback and for giving us the opportunity to improve.

Thank you for taking the time to share such detailed feedback especially after using CashInStyle for around two years. We are sorry to hear that your recent experience changed your perception of the platform. We’d like to clarify a few points. Our policy regarding repeated offers has been in place since CashInStyle launched. Advertisers pay for new users to try their games, products or services so completing the same offer more than once is generally not eligible for a reward. We provide warnings in multiple places including our Terms, when opening offerwalls and when opening individual offers. Members can also search their Earnings History before starting an offer to check whether they have previously completed it. In this case, we can see that the Bingo Voyage offer was completed twice through Prime Earn. The repeat-offer policy exists to protect our relationships with advertisers and offer partners and applying it consistently is important to keeping offers available to the community. The same policy applies to other members as well. Regarding rates, CashInStyle continues to offer highly competitive rates across most of our offerwalls although individual partners can change their reward structures. Prime Earn, for example, has made changes to its reward structure that are outside of our control. We also want to address the suggestion that CashInStyle is an anonymous or newly established company. CashInStyle is not our first business in this space. Our team has more than a decade of experience operating similar platforms. CashInStyle has paid nearly $2 million to members to date and continues to grow one of the most active GPT communities on Discord. We understand that repeated-offer rules can be frustrating particularly when a member does not remember completing an offer previously. However, these rules are clearly disclosed and are necessary to protect both our platform and our advertiser relationships. Finally, regarding your account deletion request, we can confirm that your account has now been deleted. We appreciate the time you spent using CashInStyle and wish you all the best.

Thank you for taking the time to share your feedback. We are glad to hear that your initial experience with CashInStyle was positive and we are sorry that your recent experience has been frustrating. To clarify, simply being connected to the same Wi-Fi network as another member does not automatically result in an account being blocked. However, when multiple accounts appear to be connected through the same network, device or other signals, our security systems may flag the accounts for additional review. This is particularly important because some forms of fraudulent activity involve multiple accounts operating from the same environment. In certain cases, we may therefore request identity verification to confirm that accounts belong to genuine individuals. These security measures are designed to protect our members, our advertising partners and the long-term availability of earning opportunities on CashInStyle. We understand that legitimate users can occasionally be affected by these measures and we continue to review and improve our systems to reduce unnecessary flags while maintaining appropriate protections against fraud and abuse. We appreciate your understanding and value your feedback.

We are sorry to hear about your experience. I was able to find and review your account and I do see that a few chargebacks were issued Monopoly Go! on 2025-04-10 and Tikitaka Casino on 2025-05-13. Because of these, your overall chargeback rate has risen to 52.0%. When this happens, our system automatically applies a 45-day lock period especially when there are multiple chargebacks involved. I also noticed that some of the offers completed like Blackjack, Sirius and Tikitaka have a history of being high-risk. This is exactly why the locking system exists: to protect not just the platform but also members like yourself. While offers may initially credit from partners such as Revu and Torox, advertisers still review them afterward and can issue reversals which is what happened with Tikitaka. That said, we do release offers early if they are considered low-risk and proof is provided but unfortunately, this doesn’t apply to higher-risk ones. I know some other sites may release faster but they often offset this by paying less to cover potential chargebacks. With CashInStyle, we run at 90% rates across all offerwalls so members receive nearly everything we get. The trade-off is that we need to take extra precautions when it comes to chargebacks to keep things fair and sustainable. I truly understand how discouraging it can feel to wait when you have already put in the effort. Please know this isn’t a penalty against you personally, it’s simply a safeguard to make sure all members can continue to earn without unexpected losses. Once the lock period is over, your earnings will be released as normal.

Thanks for taking the time to share your feedback. I am really sorry to hear about your experience and completely understand your frustration. We want to be transparent, we rely on third-party tools to detect VPNs, proxies and other activity that could indicate potential fraud. While these systems are essential for keeping the platform fair and secure for everyone, we know they're not flawless and can sometimes mistakenly flag genuine users. We genuinely value honest members like you and your feedback helps us get better. If you're open to it, we’d love the chance to take a closer look at your account and work toward a resolution. Please feel free to contact us via [email protected] so we can assist further. Thanks again for your honesty and for helping us improve.
