CasefullyReviews of casefully.com

It says my package was delivered. It has not been received. The link in Casefully to track the shipment does not provide tracking. There’s an option to track thru SHOP but my order doesn’t show up there and trying to contact customer support is via email. I tried chatting to track the shipment and that was a complete waste of time. If this is resolved I will update otherwise I would not order from Casefully ever.

I never received the product

I have attempted to reach out to customer service for a return/refund to no avail. Contact with them was great up until I reminded them of their no questions asked return policy. After then it was zero. Crickets.

I never got my items, horrible service horrible company, they never reply to emails and I didn’t get my refund

First, had I known this product was coming from China, I would not have ordered it. Secondly, I still have not received this item and it has been several weeks since I PAID for the item. Thirdly, had I known it would take well over two weeks to receive it, I would not have ordered it either. As I have yet to receive the item I cannot comment on the quality but suspect it will be poor based on other survey answers. Will be asking for a refund if it is indeed made of poor quality.

NT Luxury sent me a wrong phone case that I requested. It took forever to arrive. What I got was a very cheap plastic phone case with LV sign on it. When I contacted them they said that it was what I requested which was wrong. Finally, customer service told me to send it back to them which I did and paid for Now they are playing games and they don’t want to send me the right phone case or refund me.

This place is a SCAM , please. Don’t buy nothing here . Since December I’m asking from my refund because i never receive my order .

How about zero stars. I purchased a case and the strap broke attaching it the first time. I cannot reach them.
