The food was delish. I got the shrimp and scallops ala vodka sauce.. it was super good. The place was clean. Pretty busy with lots of guests. Or waitress was seriously the bomb. She was so sweet her name is Lasette, not sure about the spelling lol. I would come back.

We dined this evening at Carrabba's in Bedford, New Hampshire. While the food was its usual deliciousness - we would like to rate our server, David Shaw, as probably the best we have ever experienced. He was extremely pleasant, professional and efficient. We would rate him a 10 on a scale of 10. Just thought someone in your organization should know!

I will never dine at Carrabbas Italian Grill in Ellicott City, MD, again! My family and I made reservations to celebrate my daughter's birthday. My granddaughter made reservations well ahead of time. When I arrived ahead of the group about 5 minutes late, there was no table reserved for our party of seven. The hostess could not find our name on reservations list. When she did clear a table, she seated us without providing utensils (I don't know if we were expected to eat with our hands). After placing our orders and waiting an abnormally long time for our food and drinks, we had a pleasant enough time. Servings were large and satisfying but hostess planted a bad seed in my mind from the very beginning. Why make a reservation and no table be ready when you get there????

We go to Carrabbas often. The food is great, but the staff is what makes a difference. We've had such amazing servers at the Gulf Coast Town Center location. Aaristat is such a wonderful person. He is personable, attentive, and kind. One thing I wish they would change, however, is the HORRIBLE music they play. They need to either update it or switch to just something instrumental.

We went for date night at Carrabba’s in Vero Beach, Fl we took advantage of the 2 for $45 . It was wonderful our waitress, Crystal, was very helpful. My husband had the steak and garlic mashed with sauteed spinach that was to die for. I had the Marcela chicken and that too was excellent. We also were served a great dessert. A chocolate dream. We also took advantage of the blood orange margaritas and the meal was perfect. We both couldn’t finish and we had enough for lunch the next day. I truly love this restaurant. Please take the time to go to Vero Beach Carrabba’s it will be worth it

Shavonne, our server, at the Carrabbas in Altamonte Springs, FL, was excellent! She is on top of things and her recommendations are on point. We celebrate a lot of our family birthdays, anniversary's, accomplishments, etc at Carrabbas. Since we first had Shavonne as our server, she is the only one we ask for each time we go now. Her personality, customer service and charm make the dining experience phenomenal! We will be continuing to have her as our server! (the food is great too!)

The portion of food that I paid for was unacceptable. I understand things happen but to have only a spoon full of food for an order doesn't make sense.

The staff was awesome! The food is not great. The amount of salt in the food was like eating a whole shaker of salt in every bite. We could not eat our meals. We will not go back.
