Stuck with it😠
Already wrote 1 review... I feel I was way overcharged because of the way they measured for my carpet. Have enough left over to practically carpet another room! Was told it was done that way for maximum fit or seams or some other excuse. I feel it was because of maximum profit on their part. I probably have hundreds of $'s of worthless carpet laying in my grandsons room. To heavy for me to even move out so he has no room do play without crawling over a pile of ###! Since they don't credit for leftovers .... good way for more profit I guess Wondering now if i should have taken a male with me to buy it....when a female walks in by herself they probably see $$$$ signs !!! Also have been sick with sinus problems ever since it was put in! Still has a really strong smell to it. Wish I would have just left the 25+year old carpet!

Hello Linda, We always strive to create a positive experience for our customers. In this particular case, we discussed two different ways to lay the carpet - A. with less carpet and three seams, or B. with more carpet and one seam. We judged the placement of a window in the living area and strove to hide the one seam inside the light that shines in from the living room window. We apologize you feel too much carpet was leftover - our goal was to find the most aesthetically pleasing way to lay the carpet. All our carpet is properly stored and handled prior to being put into a home and we are confident our carpet would not have a negative effect on the enviornment inside your home. We are making an active effort to reach out to you and help improve your customer experience. Please give us a call at 785-273-1402. We hope to speak with you soon. Thank you.
