My repair job looked beautiful when it was completed, but it took a lot longer than I expected.

Sales experience started off great but turned high pressure. Expected some floor prep as part of the installation but the team didn't do any, which is apparent in some very soft spots. When I reached out to the sales person about the problems with the installed floor, at first I got a we'll send someone out and then nothing. Completely non-responsive. The floor looks great. There are places we'll have to pull it up and redo it, Product was great, the overall experience wasn't.

I hope you are having a great weekend. Thank you for your review. I realized soon after sending it that I had actually sent it premature to the installation date. Unfortunately, it was sent to you according to the delivery date of the binding and not the actual install date of the runner. Your runner is scheduled to be installed next week. Thank you again,
