This company knowingly sent product after I cancelled and then asked me to prepay to send order back, send them shipping number and not admit there error. Disappointed. As of 9/1/26, they have made this situation right.

We have been working with Carpe Diem for almost 2 years now, and they have been an integral part of our team. Not only do they take care of the heavy lifting of building websites, creating social content, and managing automations for us, but they are knowledgeable and flexible to take on just about anything we throw at them!

Prior to hiring Carpe Diem, I did my research about their capabilities. I asked a ton of questions. Once I came onboard, they have performed beyond my expectations. My team lead Taqi, took my thoughts and put them into reality. I am now extending my short term contract into a yearly contract.

We came into this already using outsource, and third party teams, and we were very concerned on starting something new. So we tried the 60 day program.. Well, we can not say enough about our team. Organized, knowledgable, quick turnarounds on designs and development. So we decided to continue with the one year HULK program. Our Strategist and leader Taqi is the best, and very communicable during our entire process.

Never heard of them, never signed up for emails or calls but they cold email and cold call with their bots HARD. Would not trust a company that cold emails and cold calls like that. Go away.

The Carpe Diem team has incredible to work with.
