I had a really great experience with Carfast-Express and would definitely recommend them to anyone looking for a reliable company to deliver a car from abroad. I used their services to bring my 2021 Infiniti QX50 from Boston, USA, and the whole process was much smoother than I expected. From the very beginning, everything was clear, organized, and professional. I was kept informed about the progress and always knew what was happening with my car. A special thank you to my manager Arthur! He was extremely helpful, professional, responsive, and always ready to answer my questions. Whenever I needed clarification or had any concerns, Arthur was there to help and explain everything in detail. It was very reassuring to have someone who actually takes responsibility and cares about the customer throughout the entire process. The communication, organization, and overall attitude of the Carfast-express team really impressed me. My Infiniti QX50 arrived safely, and I am very happy with the final result and with the entire experience. Honestly, I couldn’t be happier with the service I received. Buying and importing a car from the USA can be stressful, but Carfast-express made the process feel much easier and more comfortable. Huge thanks to Carfast-express and especially to Arthur for the excellent service! 🙌 If you are considering importing a car from the USA, I can confidently recommend giving these guys a try. Great service, great communication, and a great overall experience! ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐

Ordered a window sticker, got nothing, scam! Avoid at all costs.

I was looking for a way to buy a car from the US without getting scammed or lost in the process. A friend recommended Carfast Express, and I’m glad I listened. The site is actually super easy to use, even for someone like me who's not very tech-savvy. I just entered the VIN of a Dodge Charger I was interested in, and got the full history in less than a minute. Accident details, mileage, service records — all there. What really impressed me was the communication. Every time I had a question (and I had a lot lol), they replied fast on WhatsApp and didn’t give generic answers — they actually helped. Shipping to Constanța took around 6 weeks, which I expected, and they sent me tracking updates without me even asking. No weird extra charges, no missing paperwork. Everything was handled clean and professionally. First time importing a car, and honestly, it went way better than I thought.

The company helped me purchase a car at auction for an attractive price, and the vehicle's condition matched the description. However, the delivery process took significantly longer than I expected. Initially, they p

I engaged this company to deliver a Mercedes E AMG to the UAE, and my experience was a blend of positives and challenges. Initially, my plan was to acquire a BMW X5 within a $50,000 budget. However, the final purchase turned out to be a Mercedes E AMG, costing $55,000, including shipping and customs fees.

The journey was longer than anticipated and involved steps that felt less streamlined. For example, identifying a suitable vehicle took more time than expected. While the company presented several options, a few fell short of my requirements, resulting in extended discussions and further adjustments. Eventually, they located an impressive Mercedes that I genuinely enjoy owning.

Customs formalities presented another hurdle, taking more time than I anticipated. Documentation delays added to the waiting period. Nevertheless, the company's managers remained proactive throughout, addressing issues promptly. They maintained clear communication, consistently offering helpful guidance and clarifications. This professionalism stood out and deserves commendation.

Overall, the service quality exceeded my expectations. The team's dedication to ensuring transparency and providing support at every phase made the experience rewarding despite the initial setbacks.

Starting out, everything went well with my purchase of a used car from the USA, but there were some bumps along the way. I had been searching for used cars in UAE under 10000, and finally found one that fit my budget. After winning the bid and paying a deposit, we agreed on delivery to a specific port with an estimated arrival time of about four weeks. The overall cost seemed fair, especially with the dealer discount. But when the car finally arrived, it was mistakenly sent to a different port, which meant extra storage fees and delays. I reached out to customer service, and manager Alexander immediately took over. He arranged to have the car sent to the correct port at no extra charge to me and handled all the logistics. The entire process took about six weeks instead of four, but Alexander kept me updated at each stage, and they covered the transport between ports. While their response was solid, I still had to pay for storage fees at the interim port, which added to my costs. Overall, the team managed the issue professionally. It’s worth double-checking these logistics details in advance when dealing with car export from the USA.
