Still haven’t received my shipment/order.

I’d bought two different items on separate orders. The next day, I received an email saying they were refunding the shipping and handling charges on the second order! It’s $9.00. Thanks Care Medical!

Unluckily, I got only one sanitizing wipe although I placed the order 2 and paid about 20 dollar of shipping which is the same shipping charges as order 2. However, the customer service was really good. She or he was really nice to take care of customer and explained why they couldnt charge shipping rate although my order qy has been changed. Some of company cancelled the order if they don't have inventory but this company contacted me and ask about my opinion before they change my order or cancelled because of inventory.
