I was very happy with my shopping experience with Care Medical Source. I realized I order an incorrect item and Heather was very helpful in ordering the correct item and assisting me in returning the incorrect item.

My Quickie 2 needed new armrests. One of my pet peeves for any disabled person is equipment in poor repair; we are worth having our 24/7 stuff in excellent shape! I ordered armrests I thought would work, but they did not fit. I called the company and they did some research, figured out what would fit, and effected an exchange. I am a fan and will definitely use Care Medical Source again.

Hello Mr. Pfeifer, We do see that you placed an order on our website for some wheel locks in September but I am afraid you may have us confused with another company in terms of your review. We are located in Portland, Oregon and are an online supplier of home medical equipment and supplies. We do not have a retail location and we do not offer "appointments". We do thank you for your business and hope we can continue to assist you with your home medical equipment needs in the future. Thank you, - The Care Medical Source Team
On October 4th at 8:59 a.m Oregon time, I ordered a pair of clothing guards for my wheelchair. They arrived on October 14th, tried to fit them to my wheelchair, they are not going to work for me because they are to small in height & length. I would not recommend this product. I'm going to return the product on October 15th, and hopefully I will get back the money I've spent.

Hello Mr. Crabtree, We are so sorry to hear that you are unsatisfied with your shopping experience at Care Medical Source. We always strive to provide the best possible products, pricing and customer service. We have reviewed your order and the reason for the delayed shipping was that the fabric side guards you ordered were sent to you directly from the manufacturer as we did not have those in stock. We do apologize for the delay. As far as the side guards not working for your wheelchair we always recommend that you call and speak to one of our Product Experts prior to ordering so they can ensure you are ordering the correct item as most often wheelchair parts and accessories are very specific to the exact make and model of wheelchair you have. We hope that we can be assistance for your home medical equipment and supply needs in the future. Thank you, The Care Medical Source Team
