Thanks for the great review! We're proud to provide a seamless sign-up experience to help our members get access to savings on care. Thanks for being a value member. Have a great day!
I opted for an electronic membership kit and was told I would get it the same day. I needed the information as soon as possible because I had a scheduled appointment. I instead received an email message stating, "you will receive an email to download your kit in 2 to 3 business days." Your company could improve by immediately emailing new clients with his/her membership number. The Careington representative was very pleasant and professional. He explained the program and answered my questions. I'm feeling frustrated because I don't have anything in writing to show the care provider.
