Good Caregivers. Spotty communication. Inefficient Scheduling.
The care provided has been quite good, but scheduling efficiency has been poor. The reponse time to messages left on the ClearCare site has been very inconsistent. Every change in schedule has been rocky with numerous personnel changes prior to the event. It feels as if the agency is constantly scrambling to find workers. The care giving is obviously the most critical measure of a senior care agency, but needed improvements in the scheduling reduces my rating from a 4.5 to a 3.
