At first I was skeptical but it was actually an amazing experience from start to finish. 10/10! From the ease to set up membership, book appt, communication since I was running a few minutes behind. And was still taken in right away. Everything that was being done was explained clearly. I definitely recommend it

The in person experience is great. The follow up and scheduling is a nightmare. I asked for my report to be resent to me after the visit and they never sent the original one that I asked for. When I finally did receive the report it was incomplete. It is virtually impossible to get a timely response or to talk to someone on the phone. I am still waiting after asking several times to schedule my next appointment.

Wally is a game changer. I am no longer afraid of visiting the dentist, because I know exactly what needs to be taken care of, and the cost. I also get my teeth cleaned as often, as I want/ need. The staff is nice, and explains everything, in great detail. Every visit is a pleasant experience, that makes my teeth look and feel their best.
