The e-card I purchased could not be viewed by the recipient. It has been very difficult for me to find a way to contact CardFool customer service. The help link they sent in my receipt gives a 404 Error, and there are no links for customer service or help on their website. That should have been a warning for me! I'll be more careful next time I purchase something online. In the meantime, I was able to find one e-mail address for someone named Jill at Cardfool.com. Sent a message and now waiting for a reply.

Another lesson to first read reviews here. Ordered a card, got the message that it's been sent. It hasn't been sent . Attempts to track or get hold of them gets a message that the website id no longer available. Clearly that is why they called it CardFool. We're the fool. If the future was the Internet, the future is of permanent vigilance against scammers.

I ordered an ecard, my credit card was charged, but no card was sent. When I used the contact link for customer service I received a 404 error message.

I found the Cardfool Easter e-cards finally under a site separate from the main one. Tried 3 times to end e-card to no avail. Am starting to think their purpose is to sell gift cards. What a shame. They have a really good assortment of cards

I ordered 28 Christmas Cards. ONE PERSON received the card, the other 27 did not. I wasted $130 on this order and the company has zero interest in resolving the problem. DON'T WASTE YOUR MONEY!!

Lousy customer ser ice - too long, too complicated to resolve a simple issue!!

For Mother’s Day I paid $1.99 to send an e-card. For a recent birthday I paid the same for another e-card. I asked the receiver today, if they received any emails from CardFool, response was No! There’s a link on the email confirmations I received to contact CardFool, but they’re not valid. I’m in the UK, so I’m not going to phone them. The €1.99 isn’t a fortune, but can you imagine the 1000’s not getting delivered & the benefit to CardFool. So, my credit card company will reverse the charges. Don’t use this company

I have used CardFool a number of times with no issue, however; this last transaction has left a poor taste. I ordered two cards, one of which was two weeks prior to when I needed it. They order update stated they had shipped the card on 7/16/23 date, which should have been plenty of time before the two weeks were up. The card didn't arrive in time two weeks later, unfortunately. Investigating, I looked closer at the shipping tracker. Even though the order update said they shipped on 7/16/23 the USPS didn't even receive it until 7/24/23, over a week later. I have been awaiting response from support for 3 days now and ufortunately have no response on why this happened, or any communication about compensation or refund. At this point I think I have to eat the useless birthday card and will move on to a competitor.
