Capwells Fragrance OutletReviews of capwells.com

it's not Scarlet kiss body cologne it smells really bad like peaches and it shouldn't really disappointed

I have placed orders several times. Always a reason why order cant be shipped. This time it says you can not ship to address not billing address.Seriously I have all my packages shipped to my business location.I have never had a problem. You would think for security having a person sign for package is security for me and the company. Not worth the hassle to order there are many fragrance companys.
