Ordered the wrong size, after taking their advice. Tried to exchange, after they eventually sent a return label. However never received a refund, or any acknowledgement. Customer services doesn't exist, ignored and ghosted. Total waste of time and money. DON'T USE.

I bought size 0 capsules from Amazon. I've been buying these for years. I got a bag of 1000 that were old, cracked easily and had mis shaped mouths that would not work when loading. I contacted customer service and never heard back. I ordered a second bag from Amazon and found the same problems. I had to get a refund from Amazon since customer service does not exist at Capsuline. Never will buy or promote this company again.

I ordered 200 capsules and my order was cancelled 2 days. They never gave me a refund even though they said they have. I am extremely disappointed and dissatisfied.

I bought the Capsu-Tray capsule filling machine. It's very deceptive, it only fills 25 capsules, not the 100 capsules that I wanted. I suppose I should have looked more carefully. It's not like the one in their video. I'm very disappointed, but when someone is more interested in selling you something then in taking responsibility what can you expect. Very deceptive, and not worth the $24.08.

Send me expired capsules, CAPSULINE ALWAYS has an excuse. Awful.
