Thank you for taking the time to share your feedback. We truly appreciate your honesty and the details you’ve provided about your experience. However, we would like to respectfully clarify that we are not Author's Empire, and it seems there may have been a mix-up regarding the company involved in your project. That said, we completely understand the concerns you’ve raised—especially regarding communication, clarity during the editing process, and expectations around proof copies. These are very important aspects of the publishing journey, particularly for first-time authors, and your feedback highlights how crucial proper guidance and timely responses are. If you intended to leave this review for another company, we kindly request you to update or repost it on the correct platform so it reaches the appropriate team. If there’s anything you’d like to discuss with us or if you need assistance with your publishing journey moving forward, we’d be more than happy to help. Wishing you all the best with your book!
