Thank you for the great review and for continuing to trust Capital Infusion. Kip is one of our most experienced funding managers, and this is exactly the approach we expect from our team- understand the business first, then structure financing around what actually makes sense for the client. We appreciate the relationship and look forward to working together again when the time is right.

Thank you for taking the time to share this. We're glad Colin made the experience a positive one, even though we weren't able to put the right deal together this time around. Sometimes the best decision is simply to pass and revisit things when the timing or structure makes more sense. We appreciate the kind words about Colin and the way he handled the process. We'd be happy to work with you again when the time is right.

Thank you for the thoughtful review and for choosing Capital Infusion directly. We’re proud Joseph delivered the transparency and relationship-driven experience we expect from our team. Because we were able to fund this transaction in-house, we had greater control over the process and could focus on structuring the financing around what mattered most to your business. We appreciate the opportunity to earn your trust and build a relationship beyond a single transaction.

Thank you for sharing your experience. We're pleased your representative provided clear communication throughout the process, but we understand how frustrating it would be to have funding reversed after believing everything had been finalized. As a financing partner, Capital Infusion works with a network of independent funding providers, each of which maintains its own underwriting and compliance policies. While we advocate for our clients throughout the process, certain decisions ultimately rest with the funding provider. We regret that this experience did not meet your expectations and appreciate you taking the time to share your feedback.
