We’re really glad your experience with Capell Flooring felt great from start to finish — especially that the pricing felt fair, the workmanship delivered, and the project wrapped up exactly the way it was outlined. That “completed just as promised” line means a lot, because clear expectations and follow-through are a big deal to our team. And we love hearing how the sales side felt: knowledgeable, responsive, and never pushy. Flooring decisions come with a lot of variables, and our goal is to make it simple and calm — answer questions, help you compare options, and keep things moving without pressure. If your project felt smooth and stress-free, that’s a win for everyone. Thanks again for recommending us. If you ever need anything down the road — questions about care/maintenance, future rooms, or a new project — we’re always here for you and happy to help our neighbors across the Treasure Valley. — The Capell Flooring Team

Hi Mickey, Thank you so much for your kind words and for taking the time to share your experience! We know that remodeling an older home can come with its challenges, and we’re so glad we could help make the flooring portion of your project as smooth and stress-free as possible. It was truly our pleasure to accommodate your schedule, and we’re happy that Matt was able to meet with you late on a Friday night to go over options and find a carpet that fit both your vision and budget. Hearing that you love your selection makes our day! Justin is a rockstar, and we’re thrilled to hear he went above and beyond to make sure you had everything you needed for your project—even loading up your car on a Saturday afternoon. Our team is committed to making the process easy and convenient, and we’re so glad that came through in your experience. We truly appreciate your recommendation and your trust in Capell Flooring and Interiors, especially given the distance from Clarkston, WA.
