Kyle is amazing! He's given me so much insight and clarity in so little time. The trick is to be as specific with your questions as possible, so that the advice he gives you is as tailored as possible. The only thing I regret is not having booked this session earlier!

I participated in the 10-week group coaching with Mr. Kyle King which I found extremely beneficial. Firstly, the programme allowed me to refine the scope of my search and precise my professional profile. It then provided me with the tools and methods to organise and simplify the job search and the preparation of applications and interviews. During the course, I became aware of the skills I need to develop to achieve my goals while being conscious of the patience and motivation that this requires. This has helped me to develop a medium and long term strategic vision in order to better organise the next steps of my professional career building. Overall, Kyle's professional advice helped me gain confidence in my abilities and gave me hope to find my place in this very competitive field. His insight, grounded in a long career in this area, has helped to change the way I perceive international careers. In addition, Mr. Kyle has strong empathy skills that make his advice extremely helpful. I would not hesitate to recommend Capacity Building International to anyone who needs advice in this area.

Kyle is by far the best Coach and listener I have ever talked to. He applies active listening and gets to the core of your concerns. Kyle teaches beyond and above the traditional approach to the job market. Millions of people worldwide should seek Kyle's advice, and there will be a transformative change in the workplace. Thank you

Kyle is an INCREDIBLE coach. I graduated with my Master in 2018, but I must say that three months ago I was still a lost soul while I was looking for jobs in international affairs. After completing the 10-week coaching programme with Kyle and the International Career Course, my professional life changed forever because I learnt abilities that would take me years to learn (or perhaps I would never learn). With Kyle, I learnt to take ownership and control of my international career; I gained clarity in structuring my job search and creating my job search system; I gained a better understanding of the hiring process in the international scope, and I have also increased my confidence to attend job interviews. His coaching is so far one of my highlights for this year and I feel extremely blessed to have done it. Kyle is super professional and dedicated to his coachees; he cared for my professional development as if it was his own, and helped me end my never-ending internship cycle as he also guided me in the process of getting my current job. Kyle is also fun and has great interpersonal skills, which made the coaching programme also enjoyable to attend. I would recommend Kyle’s services to EVERYONE interested in pursuing a career in international affairs. I honestly wish I had done something like this when I graduated or when I was still a student. THANK YOU, Kyle, for everything.

I did a 10-week group coaching with Kyle, and this experience has changed my perception of working internationally. He helped me to narrow down the area I want to work in and made me realize the skills I need to develop in the meantime to achieve my dream job. Moreover, his professional advice helped me to build up confidence in my abilities and gave me optimism in finding a job in this highly competitive field. During the course, I was invited to an interview and to sit an exam from a prestigious international organization.

I found the free consultation very insightful, debunking some of the myths surrounding careers in the International sector. Also, Mr. King aided me in narrowing my preferred career pathway, but also gave fruitful advice in developing my personal profile which is something universities seem to avoid or not even touch. I would highly recommend Capacity Building International to anybody interested in the International sector.
