Turned out beautiful!!

My order still hasn't been shipped. I got an email saying it shipped, but in reality it has only had the label created. That waa on Nov 23rd. Dec 2nd and it still hasn't actually shipped. 3-5 day shipping is completely false. Never again will I purchaae an item from this company. I recommend everyone look elsewhere. Plenty of other choices out there.

I bought a ornament as a gift for an engaged couple and sent the gift and there was no tag to say who it was from. I called the couple and they said thanks for letting us know cause we didn’t know who this was from.

The customer service is A+ ! I had made a mistake on my order so I sent an email and they got back to me immediately. I also requested a custom order and they were more than willing to assist me. I received my ornament and I am thrilled with it! It was more than I expected . This is a great company , highly recommend ! Thankyou Canvas!

The picture and script were lovely. However, since it was advertised as a memorial stone, suitable for the garden, I expected it to be thicker and have more depth-heft. At About 1/4” thick, it will be sweet on a desk or dresser as a paper weight, but would be lost, overlooked, or destroyed outside.

Very satisfied with my purchase but would of been better with a little more detailed information on how to protect it from the weather as it is intended to be a head stone as advertised.
