Happy once again! I had an issue getting the colour right when I uploaded my image and meant to call Canvas Factory to discuss the issue. I forgot to call, but I was contacted by Canvas Factory to tell me that they saw the problem, corrected it, and also corrected another problem of which I was unaware. What a relief and great customer service, just like the last tiem I used them. Thanks Canvas Factory.

I have used this company a few times, however, after my latest experience, I will never use them again. I live in Germany and ordered from the German website. It wasn't until well after I placed the order and got the tracking number that I discovered the canvas I ordered would be produced and shipped from Australia, which meant I had to wait weeks for it to be shipped and then had to pay quite a bit in import taxes/processing fees when it arrived. It seems pretty disingenuous not to make it clearer where products are being shipped from, especially as in the past when I've ordered from this company, the canvases have always been produced & shipped within Europe and the company address shown is for the Netherlands. As for the canvas itself, the print quality is decent (as it should be for the price) but the canvas has been fitted poorly and is loose. Obviously harder to get this sorted given that any returns need to be shipped back to Australia! When I emailed the company with my complaints, the response was very dismissive.

Hi Marita Thanks for reaching out. Yes, we used to manufacture canvas for delivery in Europe via our Production team in the Netherlands. Unfortunately due to the high cost of producing in this location, we started shipping from our Chinese team. Unfortunately this was not a viable solution due to the numerous lock downs during Covid, causing significant delivery delays. We now ship a lot of product from both Australia and NZ. Lots of companies don't disclose where their products are manufactured. We don't state anywhere on our web site that we do manufacture anything in Germany. Lots of business trade globally. Product can be sourced from various locations and shipped all over the world. If you had asked us prior to purchase where the item is manufactured we would have been more than happy to let you know. With regards to the canvas being loose, please feel free to take a video and email us at [email protected] so that we may review for you. If a production issue is evident we can certainly process a refund. Could you also please include details of the import fee you had to pay and attach an invoice so we can review this as well. Within days of placing my order I received notice it shipped with a tracking number. After 2 weeks of checking the number and finding no information, I did an online chat. The Rep was very nice and asked me to give it more time. A week later I received an email from the company stating it had shipped and tracking number. The next day I received notice my order was in production. Then another mail with a new tracking number. That was a week ago. Checking the tracking results in No infor, simply that it's shipped. Contacted the company yesterday and was told it would arrive by Jun 24. That's tomorrow. We'll see!

I recently gave a very poor rating due to receiving damaged merchandise and a mug with the head cut off of the photo. There was not going to be anything done to remediate the situation. Only after I published a bad review did the company agree to replace the broken and the headless mug. I am satisfied

Fantastic service. For a few dollars extra, I had the design team review my photo. They determined that the quality wasn't good enough for the large print I ordered. They explained my options and had me submit a better file. The results came out great and the whole process was very easy.
