I got a little bogged down in the application process, but I called in the next morning and promptly spoke to Kaylon, who finished walking me through the final steps. So far, everything about the product, the process, and the customer service is outstanding and I've already recommended them to my daughter. Thank you, Kaylon for getting me to the finish line without endless time on hold and/or having to transfer me to someone else.
