Canto has helped organize all of our digital assets in one convenient place that internal and external stakeholders can easily access. A simple upload process allows for less time spent on adding new assets to the tool and more time focusing on the more important aspects of my job. It's difficult to try and pinpoint noticeable negatives to this tool. It does everything I need it to do. If there was one thing that I could add to this tool it would be additional branding customization. There are current features that allow for this but taking it a step further would be ideal. We have used this tool for over a year now and have found it to be a noticeable upgrade from the DAM tool we were using previously. All of the feedback that has come in from internal and external users has been overwhelmingly positive.

Canto Digital Asset Management has been an important part in our file sharing and organizing within my team. It has been a huge asset to our group.

My favorite things about Canto are: -Tagging. Our company has loved the unlimited amount of tags we can apply to photos to improve our ability to search project photos. -Sharing Photos Through Link Generation. I love being able to select whatever photos I want to share, generate a link, and then send to a coworker/client for easy download My least favorite thing about Canto is: We've had trouble with certain albums being unable to download. We're not sure why this is the case but feel like it is a problem that can be fixed soon.

Canto has changed our process for storing, reviewing, and sharing digital assets in such a fantastic way. It allowed us to combine a number of disparate storage products into one integrated, easily administered location. We love it and so do our clients. I can't imagine my daily workflow without Canto!

I love how user-friendly Canto is. It's easy to tag, find, and manage content. It is great how you can share certain folders with certain entities. Not all of our content can be shared with agencies, retailers, internal folks, etc. so being able to manage who sees what is great.

We had been using a simplified asset management system, but realized we needed something more robust. Canto was able to deliver what we needed. We needed something that was easy to use, had the ability to add many users for internal access as well as the ability to share externally, and needed very good cataloging/search tools. It does all that and much more. Canto has been great for us as we now have all of our media assets in one place. Be prepared for significant time upfront if you have a large library. After a mass upload, you still need to go in to organize and tag everything individually.

Canto is a great product/service! Our team began using it just recently, and I love the tagging feature!

Canto has been a great tool to implement. It's a great way to organize and store files. I like that I can access it from anywhere and not have to deal with connecting to a server. It's super easy to find files and saves me from hours and hours of searching. Smart tags are pretty obnoxious and useless. I wish it was easier to make those go away. They just keep coming back.
