So far they have been accommodating. The new system seems to be helping. I have only just ordered replacement keys. If they come in reasonably quickly, I will change my stars.

Cannon has the worst customer service I’ve ever dealt with. Called 2 months ago, when the safe ceased and would not open. Finally got it open and was told a replacement lock would be sent within 7 days. Since I’ve called 4 times and emailed twice, since they do not answer their calls. Would have rather been told from the beginning they were not going to honor their Lifetime Warranty.

Toni Rodarte was very patient and helpful! I'm not the fastest and I got confused once or twice regarding where to find the info he needed but Toni kept cool the whole way through. Well, got a little excited when my husband asked about an Amazon order and talk to text picked it up and sent it to Toni in our chat. "Did you order from Amazon??" "What did you order??". Nono, it came from you. Toni you're a top notch customer support agent and stack on should be proud to call you their own, and give you a raise!

I had an issue with the handle not turning even with brand new battery. 4 days of not being able to connect to customer service, and finally today I was able to connect with Toni via live chat. Toni was so helpful and patient with me, and ultimately agreed to send me a new keypad to hopefully address the issue

They have horrible customer service, never answer the phone been locked out for almost a month and no response emailed repeatedly signed in won't even allow u to log in. If u call u enter pack up lunch cause there not n no hurry to pick up phone

Toni Rodarte was awesome to work with in the chat client.. made it very clear and helpful on finding out the issue with my gun safe and quickly resolving my issue.
