I would say the results of my personality profile were pretty accurate. I am definitely a more social person and can easily read people's emotions and connect with them. I do struggle with delegating tasks at times and try to take on more than is necessary. Overall I'd say it was accurate for me.

I feel I would be an asset to the company I worked at my last job for 31 years the company restructured and got rid of all the shipping and receiving clerks throughout the company. I have never got a bad job evaluation.
