This is the best assessment I’ve ever done. I love how they use the report to let us know our professional strengths and let us know what we’re emotions are and all that from the questions that they’ve asked I think is one of the best questions overall I’ve taken for a job!! Way to go WAYFAIR!! Love it!!

Easy and thorough. Immediate results showing my strength as Follow Through - great to know. Surprised to know Adaptability needs improvement because I truly welcome change especially when it will improve a current routine. Overall the test is helpful to me.
