The delivery was as scheduled. The driver put the heavy box on a dolly inside the door at our request instead of leaving it on the front porch. Much appreciated! The product has not been installed yet, so no comment on that.

We love the product we have. We won it at an auction and when we had it professionally installed, part of it didn't work. There's a push button to use in case electricity is out didn't work. I contacted customer support and the told me that i had to purchase the item to repair it since I didn't buy the toilet directly from them. It wasn't much money, just the principle of it

Extremely disappointed with this company’s customer service. My toilet broke after only 5 months, and instead of standing behind their product or making the repair process easy, I’ve been stuck in a nightmare just trying to buy a replacement part. For 5 days, I’ve been trying to order a simple broken piece. All I’ve received is a price, but no call back, no order link, and no way to actually purchase the part. I’ve called multiple times, used their chat, and followed up repeatedly—no one cares to call back. To make matters worse, this part cannot be found anywhere else, so I’m completely stuck waiting on a company that won’t respond, even though I’m ready to pay and just want the part shipped. Very frustrating experience. Poor communication, poor support, and zero urgency to help a customer with a defective product. I would not recommend this company based on my experience.

I'm enjoying the comfort and the smart features like the heated seat, bidet options, and automatic lid. Just the flush pump seems to hesitate sometimes. It's not a big issue for me.

Getting it set up was easier than I thought, and learning how to use the functions was simple - even my parents picked it up quickly!
